Common Bylaws
To help keep our town safe and enjoyable for everyone, Choiceland has established a number of community bylaws. For example, did you know that it is unlawful to own more than two dogs per household in town limits?
We encourage all residents to be good neighbours and review our general town bylaws to better understand local guidelines and expectations.
Seniors Housing: Placid Place
Choiceland Seniors Housing offers rental units at Placid Place, located in the heart of town. These well-maintained one-bedroom units include a fridge, stove, washer, and dryer. Heat, water, and sewer services are included in the rent, which is based on income.
The complex is beautifully landscaped and located in a quiet area, close to the very active Choiceland Seniors Club.
