Choiceland Historical Museum

Located at 201 – 1st Street East, the Choiceland Historical Museum offers visitors a glimpse into the life of early homesteaders who settled in the rugged forests of Northern Saskatchewan. Step inside and explore Canada's history through the eyes of the pioneers who cleared the land, built the community, and helped shape the region into what it is today.

Museum History & Opening
The Grand Opening Celebration of the Choiceland Historical Museum was held on August 20, 2016, marking a proud moment for the community and the Choiceland Historical Society.

Visiting the Museum
Summer Hours (July & August):
Wednesdays & Sundays: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Group tours outside of regular hours can be arranged by contacting a member of the Choiceland Historical Society.
Amateur Hour
The Choiceland Museum Society proudly presents Amateur Hour, a tribute to the history of family entertainment in the community. This annual event features local talent and celebrates the spirit of small-town variety shows.
